3 Ways to Purchase Tickets
In Person - The Alex Theatre Box Office is open Wednesday through Sunday 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM and on performance days until one-half hour after the scheduled start time of the event.

By Phone - Phone orders may be placed by calling 818-243-ALEX (2539) is open Wednesday through Sunday 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM. There is a service charge for phone orders.

Online - Tickets may be purchased online on this web site. The Alex Theatre web site provides secure online transactions with credit card numbers protected through CyberSource credit card processing. There is a service charge for online orders.

Payment Options
The Alex Theatre box office accepts cash, checks (until 10 days prior to a performance), and American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards. Please have your credit card ready when ordering tickets by telephone.

There is a service charge for tickets purchased online or over the phone.

Group Sales
Discount group reservations for 15 or more people are available for many Alex Theatre performances. To start planning, contact the box office by email at boxoffice@alextheatre.org or call 818-243-7700 ext. 216.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in a variety of denominations and are redeemable for most events held at the Alex Theatre. Call 818-243-ALEX (2539) for more information.

Refunds / Exchanges
Please safeguard your tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. Tickets are only good for the specific performance designated and are not for resale.
NOTICE TO ALEX THEATRE PATRONS
We are in the process of making name changes on our American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa merchant accounts:  The name Alex Theatre will no longer appear on patrons' statements for ticket/gift certificate transactions.  Patrons will now see the name Glendale Arts as the point of sale associated with these transaction (s).
